I love how we can be doing one thing and someone find something else and then it just takes off from there!Amy Storkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10797755960508321442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2259157165381106707.post-39690145679620219032010-04-02T11:16:45.847-05:002010-04-02T11:16:45.847-05:00Oh, definitely! It allows for you to share and see topic ideas, which can spur whole lesson plans that are not the same old things, and then helps you organize resources to use on that topic all in the same place. For example, the first topic to "win" was Sealife. That was the most voted on topic, then you go back and add ideas for that topic such as what subjects you can teach about sealife with, and what resources you can use to learn about that topic. So, you could use The Curriculum Catalyst in any situation in a classroom; writing, math, science, field trips, art, social studies (current events), and the list goes on and on.Chelsie McClellanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11649756926950089913noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2259157165381106707.post-21126278324565376562010-04-02T09:55:37.965-05:002010-04-02T09:55:37.965-05:00Can you picture a situation in which a classroom t...Can you picture a situation in which a classroom teacher, like EDM310 students hope to be, would productively use The Curriculum Catalyst?John Hadley Strangehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17484977903995419205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2259157165381106707.post-12856841242670170222010-04-01T22:59:05.644-05:002010-04-01T22:59:05.644-05:00What exactly do you mean? What exactly do you mean?Chelsie McClellanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11649756926950089913noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2259157165381106707.post-88004930839284107382010-04-01T15:51:38.108-05:002010-04-01T15:51:38.108-05:00Useable by a regular teacher?Useable by a regular teacher?John Hadley Strangehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17484977903995419205noreply@blogger.com
